What helps with a bug report?
- The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, plus whether you were in Gig or Rehearsal mode.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if the issue is easier to show.
Keep a backup before troubleshooting. Export your gig before clearing browser data or resetting anything. If the problem involves a particular set or rehearsal, you can attach an exported backup to your email. It includes your gig details, lyrics and rehearsal history, so only share it if you’re comfortable doing so.
